We are not the same

Not all humans understand each other. We migh look alike but we all have our differences and things that make us speacial in some kind of way. im still trying to figure out who i am as an individual; but i do know what i want, i just need to find me ......i feel so empty on the inside and lost sense of whats real or whats not real. time goes by and im still wondering why im still here.
